About Me

Who was I?
Since I read Microserfs as a teen, I have been curious about software and the tech industry.
While I took some introductory coding classes, I majored in Biochemistry. My work in diabetes and cancer research taught me to how to find patterns in complexity and communicate with intention.
Who am I?
Working in product for the past four years has taught me so much about balancing user needs with business viability and technical feasibility.
I'm a big advocate for accessible software. I have been managing projects to make patient-facing products WCAG-compliant and applying by HTML/CSS skills to support developers with this.
Who do I want to be?
I want to be a more well rounded product designer.
I'm working on my Figma skills, especially applying and contributing to design systems.
I want to return to my quantitative research roots and use AI tools to help aid with this analysis.
Lastly, I want to learn more about product strategy and business needs so I can better support roadmap development.
